Young Friends of the Palm Beach Symphony Sip, Shop and Socialize at Provident Jewelry

Guests enjoyed a special pop performance by a Palm Beach Symphony string quartet

 

Palm Beach, Fla. (March 11, 2016) – The Young Friends of the Palm Beach Symphony gathered on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 to socialize while sipping cocktails and shopping the beautiful collections at Provident Jewelry in Palm Beach.  Over 50 guests attended the Mix & Mingle for Music event benefitting the Symphony’s music education programs throughout Palm Beach County.  The Young Friends also enjoyed an exclusive performance by a Palm Beach Symphony string quartet playing pop-song favorites from Coldplay, Bruno Mars, Usher, Adele and more.

 

Scott Diament, Young Friends committee member and co-owner of Provident Jewelry, welcomed guests and remarked, “I am thrilled to have become involved with the Young Friends of the Palm Beach Symphony.  The group is becoming a real force committed to helping area students with music education and we were happy to host this event and support its mission.”

 

Phil Reagan, the Young Friends committee chair, toasted members and musicians for a flourishing season, “We have accomplished so much already this season with our children’s concerts, instrument donations and the student master classes that continue to expand.  I can’t wait to see where this growing member base takes us and see what else we can accomplish.”

 

The Young Friends of the Palm Beach Symphony (YFPBS) brings together young professionals and symphony enthusiasts in fun and energetic settings.  Members enjoy exclusive events including socials, educational events and networking opportunities along with discounted tickets to symphony performances and advance ticket ordering. A membership for the YFPBS is $125 annually and includes access to all events for the season.  The upcoming Season Finale Soiree at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa will take place on April 6, 2016.
